Returns & Replacement Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day Return & Replacement Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, or

  • The product doesn’t fit as expected (for eligible categories).

Note:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as:

  • Custom-stitched or altered products

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)

  • Accessories like jewellery or masks

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via desipeedika@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and photo/video proof (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup from your address or provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Replacement: Sent immediately after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
